Because our products are mystery assortments, contents are selected at random and cannot be exchanged.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (14-Day Policy)
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must notify us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for review.

Photo evidence is required for all claims. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Issue a refund to the original payment method
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the damage and product availability.
5. Return of Damaged Items (If Requested)
In certain cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
