Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). During high-volume seasons (including back-to-school periods, promotional launches, and holidays), processing times may be extended.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and destination.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service interruptions, peak season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members and neighbors.

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at ultimatescoopte@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with the carrier to determine eligibility for replacement or refund. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Teacher Scoops is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees required for reshipment

If a package is returned to us due to address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable), which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
