  • The perceived retail value of items may vary and is not guaranteed to equal or exceed the purchase price.

All sales are final based on personal preference, surprise dissatisfaction, or duplicate items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Packaging or items may vary slightly due to supplier availability.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

If we cancel your order after payment is processed, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Damage Claims

Due to the mystery and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
